Andy Hodges has a Treasury career spanning 31 years, serving as Dealer up to Group Treasurer in financial institutions like ZABG, CBZ, FBC, Stanbic, MBCA, and Barclays.
In March 2012, Andy Hodges founded Hodges Consulting Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Hodges Consulting Sdn Bhd is a Human Capital Consulting company that focuses on the referral of contract and permanent qualified professionals in the areas of banking, finance and IT to numerous corporate clients in Malaysia and throughout South East Asia.
Andy Hodges is a former CAPS United chairman who guided the Green machine to the league title in 2004, losing only one game and raking a record 79 points.
As early as 1983, Andy Hodges was Chief Dealer in Foreign Exchange and Money and Capital Markets at Barclays Bank
A specialist in Risk Management, Andy helped put in place systems that have seen the advancement of the First Banking Corporation, now known as FBC, when he was Group Treasurer, Asset and Liabilities Committee member and Credit Committee member.
At one point Andy Hodges was at the helm of Money and Capital Markets and foreign exchange markets at STANBIC Bank.

Delta Corporation acquired the business operations in OK Zimbabwe Limited which they held until the de-merger in October 2001; the structuring of this deal going to Andy, amongst other strategists.
The DELTA/OK Zimbabwe transaction is one of many dramatically and market shifting deals and re-inventions facilitated by Andy Hodges in his 30+ year career in Zimbabwe.
His strategic management skills were not exhibited in economic and financial circles only, but during weekends too, where Andy served as Chairman of the last great “Green Machine” team of CAPS United.
Hodges, who was chairman of the club when they ended eight years of waiting for the league championship by powering to a remarkable success story in 2004 under coach Charles Mhlauri, now works in Malaysia, but keeps a close eye on his beloved CAPS United.
During his tenure at CAPS United, merchandising deals were struck, affording the CAPS United fans an opportunity to acquire giftware from the club, that generating revenue for the club, a consumer-centric business model that many clubs in Zimbabwe are yet to grasp.
